無比興趣與熱情，年輕時在國內最大的連鎖泰式餐廳當學徒、
在學習有成後，便毅然決然地離開了台灣，深入泰國當地、重新學習泰式料理的故事。
The origin of “Town Sometimes Food Beverage” traces back to a young man from Miaoli with an immense passion and interest in Thai cuisine.
In his youth, he worked as an apprentice at the largest chain of Thai restaurants in Taiwan.
After mastering the craft, he made the bold decision to leave Taiwan and immerse himself in Thailand to further study authentic Thai cooking.
